SHINWEI MACHINERY was from a company named Shanghai fengxian guyue food machine factory since year 1982which is a state owned enterprise for confectionery, chocolate, biscuit and packaging machinery. The founder of SHINWEI machinery is Mr. Wangzhiwei who is the director of guyue food machine factory till year 1995, after that year, the collective was restructured to Ltd and SHINWEI MACHIERY was established.
